1) How do I change my order after it has been placed? 

Contact us by email immediately.

If the item has not yet been posted we will deal with the matter accordingly. If the item is already on its way to you, we will confirm your return through email, please return the parcel back to us and we will organise an exchange/refund when it arrives. 

2) Is the store secure?

Yes the Boutique Mon Ami Online Store is secure . We use Shopify Payments & Paypal as our secure online payment gateway. You will notice the green address bar and security lock in your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. 

3) How do I know what size I am? 

To help you determine the best size for you, we recommend that you use our helpful sizing tips that are provided with the garment. Every style has a different type of fit so we will always take this into consideration when providing these tips. You will also find a size chart with each garment. Please feel free to email or call if you are worried about the fit of any particular garment.

4) I saw what I wanted on your site this morning but now it isn’t available any longer? 

Be quick! We are pleased to say that our products are very popular and often sell out. We are a specialised boutique so we do not keep labels that are available by the hundreds. Our products do change often so check back regularly to avoid missing out on all that is new at Boutique Mon Ami Online. 

5) Do you accept cheque or money order? 

Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders. 

6) I saw a product I'd like to buy on Sale but when I click the colour dropdown and select the colour I want, the price changes. Why is this? 

Not all colours of a style are on Sale at the same time. Even though the product description says 'Available in a range of colours' this means the style is available but not the same price for every colour. Be sure to check the pricing of your items when you look over your basket to make sure you are pleased with everything before going on to checkout.  

7) What size do I purchase in your Candian labels Jopseph Ribkoff and Frank Lyman?

All our sizing for Candian labels Joseph Ribkoff and Frank Lyman is in US/Canadian sizes.  Australian sizes are one size larger.  ie US12 = AU14 (however dresses can be a small so if you are a size 12/14, purchase a US14).

Please refer to sizing chart for each item. 

We also stock Canadian label Up! Pants, these are in Australian sizes, so while the ticket on the inside of the garment shows one size ie US12, the ticket on the outside will show size AU14.
